    So many issues. I would never recommend this product. DO NOT BUY. After buying this product, I will never buy from Bestbuy again. I bought 3 laptops and everyone of them had issues. Also, the total tech support was no help and just as bad. I took each laptop to The Microsoft store in the Boca Mall to verify the issues and they were all unfixable issues.
