Overall, I really like this computer. The screen is very sharp and I like the 2-in-1 feature. My only issue I have with the computer is getting used to the keyboard arrangement. The keyboard includes a numeric keypad. At first, I thought I would like this feature, but it causes the normal qwerty keyboard to be off center of the screen. I have to get used to sitting off center of the keyboard and screen when using the computer. This is a minor adjustment for me.

This is a pretty good laptop. As a power technology user (Professional IT person, with over 15 years experience), I prefer more RAM (24/32GIG). Running adobe, I notice a bit of lag (Latency) when editing multi-track videos. Nevertheless, for the average home user, it will due. The high res display is nice. I will upgrade the ram, before placing it into my multi-media studio for regular use. The ram and latency is the only reason I did not give it 5 stars

This computer is fast, logs in in 10-20 seconds with facial recognition on and screen looks great. Was worried about overheating with this but it does not get hot, fans get loud with heavy work but it keeps it cool. Better than expected and works great as a tablet too.

Computer is great! really fast, doesn't overheat, lots of storage. Honestly, it might be a bit large, but I am ok with that. If wanting something more portable, may want one size down. I got the 15". The only thing I missed when looking into this one was there is only 1 USB 2.0 port. I actually needed one of each. Thank goodness I discovered Bluetooth mice.

Very good computer, solid performance, speed, and extras

Having reviewed computer options for months, this was the most economical touch-screen laptop option available with a higher-end 8th gen Intel processor. Purchased open-box, but saw the same computer available at the same price during Black Friday / Cyber Monday. Best Buy had the best price, even better than the HP consumer website.

The sleek and elegant model delivers magnificence by giving the designer a number of options in order to accommodate functionality preference. I am still exploring all it's features and am extremely happy with the vast space it has for my projects. I have 14 years of experience in graphic composition and am absolutely in love.

Overall very good....but...the finger print scanner only works about half the time. The another thing is that the resolution is a bit too high on a 15in computer for everyday work. There is only one regular usb so you must get a usb c to b adapter for your older printers etc that are not wireless.

I really enjoy having this laptop. It is extremely fast and it just looks really fancy. I did have an issue with how small some of the programs were when they opened up, but it apparently was the graphics setting. The UHD is probably something I didn't need, but changing the pixel resolution made the programs easier to view.

My go to computer was a 2011 macbook pro with Gen1 core i7 that I had upgraded to 16GB of Ram and a SSD. Due to some needs in programming and the required use of Solidworks (I did not want to dual boot) I needed to have a powerful PC that I was hoping was comparable to my 7 year old Mac. The apple unit that was comparable was a $3400 unit and I must say this HP computer is the closest I have found to that quality for a value price. The body of the computer is nice but not as solid as the Apple's. The touch pad is usable and nice but not as refined as the Apple unit was . The computer is fast and overall a good value for what I needed it for. Honestly I use it as a normal laptop and do not switch it to the tablet mode at all. Battery life is adequate and the Hello Windows camera identifies me better than the Iphone X was able to. Overall I am happy with the value of this computer for my needs.

Speed booting and good performance. Good for gaming

Need to replace a 2 year old H/P laptop that totally bogs down. Hint: ALWAYS buy more DRAM memory. Do not listen to anyone who says 8 GB RAM is enough. It never is! This is 16 GB and I use it to run multiple tasks and it never gets hot. Only issue as in almost all new laptops, is the lack of USB-A ports. You only get 1!

I was not in the market for a new lap top but when this came up on a huge sale I couldn't resist. The speed and storage is perfect. I do a lot of spreadsheets, web surfing and games. I will definitely not run out of storage and multitasking is much faster. Very pleased with this purchase. Definitely worth it when on sale!

I love this laptop. It has literally everything you might want. 4K Touchscreen with Full Numeric Keyboard and NumberPad. Dedicated Graphics card. The fingerprint scanner and Windows Hello and Windows Ink and have the pen. I love this machine. It looks beautiful and its lightweight. Bang & Olufsen speakers. Just great.

This laptop is a great for our family. The screen is larger than many laptops, the numeric keyboard is very useful. The facial recognition for a login is a nice feature, and the speed of this laptop is very fast. This laptop was recommended to us by a Best Buy computer specialist and we have been very happy with it.

I wanted the 15 inch model because I like the bigger screen and number pad. The smaller models seemed to make better tablets, the 15 being a little too bulky in that regard. I wasn't looking for a tablet though. What sold it was the extra GeForceMX 150 graphics card. Not much of a gamer but I wanted to be able to take advantage of the power of the graphics card on the 4K with some games and 4K movies. So far, I'm pretty disappointed with the graphics card. It doesn't seem to offer much in way of display. The interface to offload processes to the card doesn't allow good video processing. If it's not meant for that, there should be some documentation on the best application of it. I spent a few hours trying to tweak it...I'm sure there is something fairly complicated I could be told to do that would make GeForce play Avengers Infinity War in the best format through iTunes without it being choppy, but I don't want to hunt around to find out how to that. So far, this is a good laptop. I still like the 15 inch screen better than 13 or smaller, but don't go with the 15 for the extra graphics power, it's not worth it. Go with the 13. On-board is more than adequate.

Runs great, heavy use been dropped several times, hardly a scratch on it! I run games, coding programs and drawing apps (creative cloud) and others. Wonderful laptop! Had it for a couple years and still runs like brand new. Battery lasts a long time as well.

My son went to school for engineering. He had to has certain specs on his PC. This was not only affordable but it also had e everything he needed. The battery works great and all the features are amazing. He can use it to take notes with his stylus or use it as a laptop in other classes.

This is a very fast and sleek laptop. I love the copperish color of the case. The 4k screen is gorgeous and the keyboard feels just right to type on -- not too "mushy" like some and not too "clicky" like some others. I hope to have this one for a good long time.
