Very well built, love the screen, love the speed, battery life is impressive. The only thing is that the camera has some purple tint in low light conditions, otherwise would give 5 stars

I love this HP Spectre. It has a nice profile and the speed and power to handle all my tasks and even some light gaming.

I love the ease of use and the touchscreen. This also came with a pen that I use often. I would have given it five stars but it’s heavier than my old one and I travel frequently.

I have been pretty happy with this so far. I originally purchased a Surface Book 2 with the same specs (I7, 16gb Ram, 2gb NVIDIA video, 500gb SSD). But the Surface had such a loud fan and other design flaws. For over $1000 less than the surface this has been a good buy. The fan is quieter, but it does kick in more often than I would like. I ended up contacting HP Support, who was very helpful, they had me make a simple BIOS change to reduce the fan usage. Since then, the issues have been minimal. No problems with performance. The pen might be nice for some things, but it is a freebie and wouldn't treat it as a main feature.

Replaced my old hp with this one. Solid state drive makes this computer start up in seconds. Touch screen works fantastic

Its very fast and I love the laptop. However, I've had many issues with it not turning on and with the screen turning black or flashing lines on it. Tech support has now had it for over a month with is also very frustrating. When I bought both the Total Tech Support annual program AND the three year warranty, I didn't expect to be without my laptop for this long. I will buy another HP laptop but not from Best Buy.

Best laptop i bought to date. Runs fast, long battery life, and best part is you can flip into a tablet and use the pen included to draw or create figures with adobe apps

This is my third HP and everytime I buy HP, they never disappoints me but I put 4 stars bc of the weight. Even though it is 15in, it still feels heavy compared to other brands.

I bought this Laptop for my son who is about to start college. I found it on Door buster deal last Thanksgiving at a good price though I was looking for a 13" model. Happy with the Laptop and the features but disappointed with Best Buy for not honoring the switch with a smaller / cheaper model. After picking up, I met with a Customer Representative at Store to check if I can swap with 13" - and was told yes... however, when I came with Actual laptop, Return Service agent asked for $400 extra!! Anyways, no complaint with the Laptop... works well, good price and nice build quality / configuration
