Pros: Better performance and good speed. Light weight. Cons Worst support. Display is gone after one year. Too expensive to get it repaired, more than half it's original price.

Almost everything about it is exactly what I was looking for. The 4K screen is bright and sharp. The performance is great, especially the NVMe drive. I just wish Best Buy sold this in a 1TB version.

I am usually an Apple person, but this computer is by far the best I have ever had in quality, battery life and function. It's pretty light for the size.

I'm beyond impressed with this product. I bought it for school and so far everything has worked out. The graphics card was such a smart choice for this laptop since I have to run engineering programs.

Not sure about this laptop just yet, took back the first one since it was not working properly. This one actually is once in a while but works great sometimes. Too Expensive for not being reliable consistently.

I bought this laptop for my dad and he uses it for his business. He loves this computer! He likes it because its not too heavy and not to small.

The option to use as a laptop or tablet is convenient. The pen makes note taking or lists creation super easy. Facial recognition allows for secure access and startup is incredibly fast

I bought it 2 mnths ago.Awsome laptop. Fast, no heat, great screen, perfect keyboard, awesome battery power but only one usb port dont know why. I found all good except that. Lets see in future.

The design of this laptop is very sleek, and the 2-in-1 feature is easily accessible. I purchased it for architecture school, and so far it runs several high-graphic programs at once with no issues.

This is so quiet. There is virtually no sound which that exits this laptop. My old HP used to heat up and make fan sounds when it stressed. The SSD is a wonderful feature! Worth every penny spent!

I bought this computer for my wife and she loves it. She has used it for school work, browsing, and using her Cricut machine. The only thing I don't like about it is that the mouse buttons seem stiff and overly clicky.

I needed an upgrade from my old laptop and the new Spectre has far exceeded my expectations. The work functions I need it for are terrific. Watching movies or playing games on it are incredible.

My husband and I purchased 2 of these laptops. We ended up having to replace 1 due to hardware failure, but the other has worked fabulously. Side note - the Geek Squad was extremely helpful with the failed laptop, and had it replaced in no time, with no hassle.

This computer is a great fit with the needed necessity for myself. Now being done with college I wanted the right computer to start this new chapter with and this computer is just that.

Loved what was on paper, did perform to expected... my particular laptop had problem with motherboard and crashed constantly... hp had to take it in for repair. Otherwise beautiful machine

Bought for my daughter for college. So far very happy and has been working well. Very versatile and it has worked well with the pen that was included. Might have to get one for myself also.
