Cheap for an expensive laptop

This laptop is beyond cheaply made. Cheap plastic surrounds this laptop. The backlit keyboard has one setting, as bright as the sun. I would have to hold my hands over the keyboard while looking at the screen that’s how bright it is. Overall, don’t buy this.

poor quality
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got this 15.6" HP Spectre x360 and paid over $2000, hoping a premium laptop would last a couple of years. I use this laptop only every other weekend for about an hour when needs to something from home; even after the pandemic, I took my office desktop to my house, and the Spectre was only turn on 2020 for no more than 2 hours the whole year. I was very frustrated with HP because this is not the quality expected for the HP laptop's premium line. The screen died in February, and I could only use the computer through an external monitor with an HDMI connexion. I have to prepaid $400 for repairs, and the part is out of stock; I have to wait until May 28 to get the laptop back. I will get another brand for my next premium laptop.
