I purchased this laptop on black friday. So far I like this laptop. Slim and light!

I was fearful of taking it anywhere. The beautiful and velvety smooth laptop looks like it can scratch very easily. I'm afraid to put my fingerprints on it. Beautiful screen in 4k, wow! Comes with pen. Folds like a tablet, but as heavy as a cinderblock. I love the screen, and it is fast. Great for a desktop replacement.

This is my second HP laptop. HP (and/or Microsoft) cannot figure out how to make a simple function work on the laptop. In both cases, my laptops won't wake up from sleep mode. In the first case, I sent it for repair 3 times in about 10 months after I purchased it and they still could not figure out what is going on. I had to return it to HP for a full refund, but they would pay the money only if I get another HP laptop. I did invest a substantial amount of money and bought Spectre 360 2-in-1 laptop. It started malfunctioning in about 8 weeks after I started using it. I spent many hours on the phone with the reps trying to figure out what is going on with the new laptop. They suggested sending it in for repairs which I declined. The HP is going to take back the broken unit and reimburse with a check I can use anywhere on anything I wish. Do not buy HP!

So far it works well. Nice size. Keyboard lights up. Lots of memory. Good sound

sales pitch was a bit much, but thoroughness is always good, she knew her stuff

I like it! If I had to buy another one, I would buy it again!

Nice laptop and very good looking with sleek look and very efficient

The first one I got worked very well. The screen was rich, the key travel was just right, the speed was fantastic. Then, the chassis started clicking and it had some trouble starting up - turned on, but the screen stayed off, not even backlit. I returned that one, got another one, and found it was used. I went to another bestbuy, exchanged it, and again, received a used one. After exchanging that one, an employee ordered it from HP directly and had it shipped to me. This one, unfortunately, also has some problems. It's battery life is not as good as the first one I had, and the speakers seem tinny and like the sound is only coming from one side. It had trouble starting up and froze once. Overall, if you get a working one, it is really worth it, but the chances of that are really slim, and most problems arise when the 15 day return period is up.

Love the ease of it. Only wish I could have more than 1 fingerprint saved.

The laptop works well if you do not need a long lasting battery life.

This product is great!! It met all my specifications and quality.

I bought it online I was not sure it will be so heavy I was moving from one location to another so don’t open box for long time. Latter I realize I could have looked it. Except heavy over all product is satisfactory in terms of display and performance

Other than the sensitive touch pad everything else is good.

Very good computer and table pen input on Windows works awesome.
