Really like this washer after trial and error. At first I didn’t want lots of washing options as I like simple operation. I’m learning I like the different settings now. We had one problem with getting an error message that the lid wasn’t closed. I’d come back to throw clothes in the dryer only to find the wash cycle never finished. This happened several times and wife said “return it!” Ugh, didn’t want to have to deal with that. However I found that there’s a little rubber baby buggy bumper :) on the side of the lid that was holding the lid up just barely enough to not allow it to fully close. I’d have to apply the slightest amount of pressure to get it to engage the lid lock so the lock sensor would know it’s locked and complete the wash. But how lame to have that unreliability and have to baby sit the washer. I simply removed the lil rubber piece that is attached into a little hole slot on the lid. Problem free now. This model has the parts and labor 7yr warranty which is nice.

Oops, I've fit way more than that and still does amazing, and I have the tr7, speed queen is the absolute queen of washer.

So far so good after only about 2 months! Cycle time are only half the Samsung washer we had that after only 6 years had rust issues and left brown flecks after washing! I also prefer the agitator!

Quality product - heavy duty - industrial strength - good price

Our LG washing machine displayed an error code after 8 years of reliable service. We called three separate repair shops and all recommended a new washing machine due to the part needed to be repaired no longer being manufactured. We did our research and decided to invest in a Speed Queen for it's 25 year warranty. This machine is a top load with an agitator (our previous machine did not have the agitator). This machine was well worth the investment and we recommend it to anyone that does not want to deal with the new machines manufactured by other brands that are made with planned obsolescence.

Like my Speed Queen dryer, this washer is a wonder. American made all the way and it shows it. Easy to use and performs at a higher level. Sure, it was pricey, but well worth it.

Fill water high for large load, agitator works great, easy to do second tense, timer indicates how long the wash/rinse will take. 7 year factory warranty for labor and parts are included and no one can match. Wash everything clean. Very satisfied.

Great product, as well as costumer service, exactly what we needed, recommend 10/10

I just received this washer, bought it due to the simplicity of it, no digital buttons. I loved my old basic Maytag but they don’t make washers like them any more. This Speed Queen is very similar to my old model. It’s more expensive then other models do hoping it will last me 30yrs like my other one.

Problem .. 1st washer delivered was a lemon ! Picked up and replaced . Definitely a customer interpretation... but was solved . Salesperson was polite .

The machine works beautifully and does a great job of washing the clothes. The controls are simpler to use than anticipated. I do not like the lid lock "feature," which seems like a waste of time and money and is just something that can break and disable the machine.

Worth every penny since all other companies washer and dryer machine are being made w/cheep plastic products. Speed Queen is built to last with a 7 year warranty on both parts and labor. The Best Part: it really cleans your cloths!!!!!

I expected quality from Speed Queen, but this washer has been nothing but a headache. It constantly shakes violently and moves across the floor—even with light, properly balanced loads. The warranty program has been a complete waste of time. They’ve now sent technicians six times over the span of months, and not one visit has resolved the issue. In fact, the last visit made the problem even worse. We’ve wasted countless hours waiting, explaining the same problem, and cleaning up after a machine that still doesn’t work right. For a brand that prides itself on durability, this has been a huge disappointment. Avoid.

Lol. BestBy. That's who. These people are morons. Asking for a review on a product they failed to deliver. Wasted 2 days of our time and never even showed up then wanted us to book another delivery. No thanks. We will take our 5k somewhere else where they respect our time and money.
