Splatoon is a family friendly shooter series where the characters paint the ground to see who covers the most of the map within the time limit. The second entry is a lot like the first with new gear, maps, and modes to enjoy. Salmon run is basically a new survival horde mode. Great game but single player options are short and there is still no split screen offline 4 player mode, not even with the Switch docked. 8/10

I like the digital version. It stays with the Memory card. However, my daughter prefers the Physical version of the game. My daughter played the Splatoon on the Wii-U. It didn't her long to finish local game levels. She likes it.

I purchased this game for my kids (8&13). I play it as well. It’s a very fun paintball themed game. My only complaint is that it’s really a 1 person game. There’s no multiplayer split screen play so my kids cannot play together. It’s only multiplayer online or if someone has another Switch with this game. Very fun and addicting as you gain experience points to purchase better weapons though. I do recommend it.

If you love Nintendo and you love shooters but you don't own this game, what's going on man? Sell some plasma if you need the money. The best part of this is that It's on a portable console and the main mode has 3 minute matches. Perfect for fitting time in for a round or two.

While I would much rather play Overwatch or another FPS, when I've only got the Switch with me or I have a laptop but no external mouse, Splatoon 2 does the job. While it is a bit frustrating that higher level players have access to better gear, leveling happens quickly enough.

Overall simple enough for kids but fun enough for adults! Fun for the family!

My 8 year old son likes the game...plays this and Mario Odyssey...can’t complain.

You need WiFi and crear an account to be able to play this game other than that it’s nice

This is a wonderful series for those who like on line shooters but do not want to encourage violence or have their kids see gore. The multiplayer matches are short (3 minutes) but competitive. Even brand new players make essential contributions and teamwork is essential.

Nintendo has innovated yet again with Splatoon 2. The game has a thriving online multiplayer and even has a story mode for those who like to play solo. Main objective isn't actually attacking other players, but marking more territory than your opponents.

It's a fun shooter and different from a lot of normal shooters that you would normally play.

Fun game, but a bit weird to control the characters. It took a little bit to get used to.

Splatoon 2 is a great game for kids who like playing with friends and waterguns with no mess

Fun game. I reccomend to turn off the motion control part. After you try it you'll see why.
