If you're into Nintendo's trademark of fun, colorful games, add this to your collection. It's a 3rd person shooter, which is unique in the sense that not many shooters appear on Nintendo's Switch. Matchmaking online is not the smoothest. No split screen. So it's not perfect. But still a blast to play!

A different type of multiplayer experience with unique weapons. Lots of fun, works decent as a console FPS, coming from a PC gamer. Good art style and graphics, frames per second are good as well.

I played the first Splatoon on Wii U and got this a few months ago. This holds up wonderfully and there is so much content still being added. If you enjoyed the first one, you will enjoy this. If you never had a Wii U or played the first one, don't miss this. It's such a fun deviation from the traditional shooter.

This game is terrific for anyone. It is simple enough for you children to be able to play but it can be intense enough for adults to enjoy depending on what mode you play. My favorite switch game.

A fantastic sequel to the original that adds a new single player experience that is different to the first game and a robust multiplayer experience with new maps, weapons, and outfits! Would Recommend!!!

Same gameplay as the original, tons of fun! I'm enjoying the added graphics, with the moving backgrounds. I love Nintendos take on reinventing the team shooter genre, it's a must have for a Switch owner.

Wow- this game turned out to be much more fun than I expected. The online play is perfect for pick up and play quick matches and the single player mode is a blast as well. Highly recommend!

My daughter discovered the Splatoon characters while playing another game. She asked for this game for her birthday. Couldn't be happier, she is so excited to play it when she has the chance.

Definite improvement on the first game. Great to be able to take it on the go. If you want to play and chat with your friends, setup is tedious and requires a mobile phone. Phone app needs some updates as usage doesn't flow well from an end user experience. Overall, if you loved the first, you'll love this version.

This game was purchased as a Christmas present. It has been something he's been asking for for some time. Was able to get it at a great sale price too.

Splatoon 2 feels very smooth and the graphics have been improved upon. The main takeaway would be the online gameplay; if you don't have Nintendo Online, this game may not be worth it.

This is such a fun time for kids and parents, if you want a kid friendly shooting game, this is it... colorful and non violent gameplay with fun at the top of the list. Highly recommend this game.

My kids love this game, we have the Wii U version of the game and the game is really good, the online gaming is the best. I highly recommend this game.

Truly like the look and feel of the game. The different modes are fun and enjoyable. Customization of characters is also a plus. Overall it's a good game, but it lacks certain options. No in game chat, can't play on the same team as friends, and can only play certain modes during certain days at specified times.

While it's a fun game, Nintendo made this one in which cannot be played in local multiplayer format. I'm sure this is a way to make more people buy the switch and the game, but that's unacceptable. Otherwise it's not that much better than the first one.

If you own a nintendo switch, this game is worth buying as there isn't many original releases aside from ports and indie games. This is a non-violent fun and vibrant third person shooter.

My grandson loved it. Due to the Coronavirus his birthday was not celebrated as planned but this helped make his day.

Love the look of the Splatoon games, they just scream fun. Salmon Run is a great addition. Some minor complaints regarding the limitations when partying with friends in turf war. Great time overall.
