My kids love this game! Super fun and with a lot of challenges. Nintendo showing that it's not needed a super violent game to be fun

There still isn't a balance for newbies and veterans, they don't balance the teams well either when matchmaking. Not much to do offline after a certain point, mainly made to be played online.

Fun game! I purchased this for my nephew and he just loves playing this for hours.

There is so much amazing content in this game. Single player, multiplayer, and salmon run all add up to a great experience. I only wish you could play local multiplayer on one console.

This game is a lot of fun for any age. Splatoon 2 relates to the first person shooter fan as well as the strategist. The release of new weapons, levels, and upgrades adds to the consistent draw of this game. The only downside to this game is the requirement of two consoles for two-player online play.

This game is easy to play but hard to master. Great game to play with your kiddos. Have fun as a grown up, all while the content is kid-friendly. Amazing colors and design as well. You can aim with motion control (yuck IMO) or with the joy sticks.

Everything about this version is better and more expanded then the original. Some of the new modes like Salmon Run are really fun, especially with friends! Everything is just as fun as ever.

i never played the first one on wii u. but the sequel is fun. easy to pick up on, anyone can play this. the games load quickly and the servers work well. simple fun that can get competitive.

We never played the first game but my son heard a lot about the second at school so we decided to try it. Amazingly innovative ideas and adequately challenging for any age. Great game!

Great game as an FPS with a different twist since its all about ink and using your squid kid to swim through your ink. Great change instead of just walking around shooting aimlessly.

Splatoon 2 is a great game for anyone looking for a family friendly "shooter" on Nintendo Switch. It is somehow both competitive and laid back. It's fun and quirky and very colorful.

Kind of slow to level up and unlock stuff, but lots of stuff to do and I’ve had fun. Doesn’t take a lot of skill to compete online so that’s better for people who aren’t super serious.

Bringing back everything that made the first Splatoon such as success, Splatoon 2 improves upon the already great formula and adds new features such as a horde mode for an inkredible deal.

Very much like the previous Splatoon, but that's not a bad thing. The gameplay is very vibrant and enjoyable and the visuals are bright and eye-popping. A necessity for any Switch owner.

If you like Splatoon, you'll love Splatoon 2! If you never played Splatoon, you will probably love Splatoon 2. One of Nintendo's best IPs ever. Fun gameplay, fun graphics, fun soundtrack.

My daughter and I were fans of the first splatoon she had a lot of fun with it, so when we got this one we were very excited. Very fun game so much better than the first one

I purchased the game for my grandson. This will be his first gaming system and game. I read a review and I believe he will really enjoy the game. The action will be right up his alley.

I loved the first Splatoon and 2 is more of what I loved plus... more! Salmon Run is addictive and fantastic, the new weapons and maps are great and it's just fun to visit Inkopolis again and this world. Barring a few strange choices, this is a must-buy for anyone interested in something unique.

Splatoon is a great shooter for gamers of all ages. It's not complicated and I will say rather unique in the sense that you don't need to shoot opponents on the other team to win games. The one major downside is team chat is handled through a Nintendo app on your smartphone. That's pretty awful.
