My kids really enjoyed this game but it did get a little repetitive for them. They haven't really played it after the first 2 weeks of owning it. If you have a good amount of games already, this one might start to collect dust.

Still playing this game on a regular basis. Painting feels so satisfying, but I find myself playing the newly added PvE mode the most.

Be aware that there is no couch multiplayer, you can only play with other people online. Regardless, this is a fun game and definitely a must have if you own a Switch

I bought this game for my son's 14th birthday and he absolutely loves it. He has the first Splatoon on the WiiU and begged me to get this one for the switch. So far so good!

Super fun on-line game. It’s such a better alternative to shooting up other players with guns. Instead to cover their area with paint. Lots of content and upgrades.

This game is one of the most innovative and interesting shooters you can play. I can't think of another game that is similar to this. The campaign is pretty fun to get the hang of the gameplay. Multiplayer is really fun although it is a little tough learning the game after it's been out for three years now. The one thing i like though is that it doesn't emphasize splatting the enemy team. Being able to focus on the objective makes the game way more engaging for me. Salmon run is also very fun and intense to get through.

This game is super addicting. Turf war alone is fantastic, but the other modes are a lot of fun to play as well. If you like team shooters, this is a game you don't want to miss.

I bought this for the kids (11, 5). Challenging enough to be fun but easy enough for younger child. The only down side is no two player version (each kid has to play separately.

My kids love this and play it all the time. If you liked the first Splatoon this is the same plus more. And Splatfests are back!

This game is fun to play, it is the sequel to a Wii Ü game but the original is not necessary to get into this one. My 5 year old nephew and I both really enjoy playing the game.

Excellent shooter for the whole family. Endless fun with online matches. Highly recommended. Nintendo AAA titles rarely miss.

This game plays great using motion controls. Matches are won by covering the most turf with your teams color, so it encourages a strategic play style rather than getting kills.

This is the game showing that Nintendo can bring in new ideas and ways of playing. Remind me of play with friends as a child. plenty of modes and they are all fun to play with.

I loved the original Splatoon and am delighted by this sequel. Definitely recommended for any Switch owner! My BF, who is not a gamer, even enjoys the gameplay and mechanics.

Very good game and great sequel for one of the most creative, well planned Nintendo game. Major drawback is single player, split screen would have been nice so kids can play together. You would need to buy another switch console and Splatoon game to have 2 kids in 1 household play.

This is easily compared to a "paintball game" but it's so much more! It's definitely a casual 3rd person shooter, with quick 3 minute games. This allows you to get into the action right away and start splatting if you only have a few minutes to dedicate to the game. Very small learning curve, tons of different weapons and specials. Splatfests are awesome! Periodically a Splatfest happens where you choose a side (for example, werewolves vs vampires) and you're competing against people of the other team. Different game modes and all the different gear you can get keeps this game "Fresh!" A must buy for Nintendo Switch owners.

Bought before Splatoon 3 was announced but want to get my siblings into this game so we can play together. Love this game.

Splatoon was like Call of duty with paintballs... Splatoon 2 expands upon that and even then some of you haven't played the first do yourself a favor and get this great sequel

This game is amazing. So much fun in quick rounds. Surprisingly highly customizable players. The customizations such as clothes, actually makes an impact on game.

Splatoon 2 is back and just as awesome as before. Great online turf battles and new weapons and gear to splat your opponents. Kid friendly and tons of fun for the whole family.
