I bought this video game for my son because he has the new Nintendo switch and I must admit this game is extremely fun I've never played it and I play it with him and my daughter plays it as well I love how it's not violent and I really enjoy the paintball part of it.

I never played the previous game, and I was hesitant to buy this one as I wasn't sure if would be a good fit for me. However, now that I've gotten the hang of the controls, I can now find myself playing it for hours. It is another great addition to my game collection!

There are a few things holding the game back from being great, but overall it is a fun game

Game is fun, matchmaking is fast, however playing with friends and voice chat is backwards.

I missed Splatoon 1, but jumped in on 2. This is a great game, easy to learn, time to master. Super fun in multiplayer - easy to jump in on a match when you have 10 minutes for a game. The single player campaign is good as well. Also, lots of ongoing DLC for no charge.

It's nice seeing a different IP from Nintendo. The multiplayer has it's downfalls. Salmon Run is a blast, but having it restricted to only certain times feels wrong. There are certainly problems setting up multiplayer matches with your friends, and perhaps Nintendo will eventually figure that part out. Single player missions seem on the weak side, but the upcoming Octo Expansion should fix that.

Great game. There's a lot you can do. Changing into a squid adds a lot of depth to this genre. Online play is a blast. Being able to buy weapons and apparel really adds to this game. My family bought 3 copies of this game to play online at home. This game really is a gem.

Bought this for my kids for Christmas & they love to play it. It's fun for every age!!

My grandkids waited patently for this game to be released, by the way I was able to purchase for $35 with a coupon & game membership. I have never hheard all 5 girls laughing & having so much fun helping each other reach the different levels on any of their other games.

This is call of duty without the blood. Fun for kids and adults to their kids alike. The ink allows squids to swim in ink, so there is even more creative tactics in this first person shooter than any other shooter I have seen. Paint ball fun for everyone!

Bought it for my Son and he loves it! Price was high but what games arn't these days

This game takes the good things from Splatoon and add some others new, it's really good!

I was disappointed that it was on 3DS and not switch but that didn't stop me from really enjoying the game. The game has less systems and simpler systems than the recent FE games(Awakening/Fates) which makes it more accessible for players who don't normally play this type of game. I played on normal casual and have been able to play through the story with a good amount of difficulty and have not had to grind.

Great fun shooter for young kids. No split screen was a little disappointing.

The game play is the same as before with some minor upgrades. It's what you would expect.

My grandson wonted it for his birthday. I bought it and it dose everything he wants.

I bought this to my son and it’s unbelievable that I have to pay extra money for membership to access online to play the game, i recommend to be surest the time to expend extra money for that

A great sequel to the original, this game has better controls since you can use motion controls to adjust your aim which was lacking in the Wii U original. A fun game that kids can enjoy as well as older gamers who can get into the more competitive scene.

I had originally played Splatoon 1 on the WiiU but fell out of it because not many friends of mine had WiiUs and those who did didn't have the game. But picking up the sequel has rekindled my love for the game and I'm reminded why I loved the first one.
