Splatoon 2 is a great game for anyone looking for a family friendly "shooter" on Nintendo Switch. It is somehow both competitive and laid back. It's fun and quirky and very colorful.

Kind of slow to level up and unlock stuff, but lots of stuff to do and I’ve had fun. Doesn’t take a lot of skill to compete online so that’s better for people who aren’t super serious.

This game is so fun, it’s a little difficult to get used to the controls but I did fairly quickly and I can’t stop playing!!

Bringing back everything that made the first Splatoon such as success, Splatoon 2 improves upon the already great formula and adds new features such as a horde mode for an inkredible deal.

Very much like the previous Splatoon, but that's not a bad thing. The gameplay is very vibrant and enjoyable and the visuals are bright and eye-popping. A necessity for any Switch owner.

If you like Splatoon, you'll love Splatoon 2! If you never played Splatoon, you will probably love Splatoon 2. One of Nintendo's best IPs ever. Fun gameplay, fun graphics, fun soundtrack.

My daughter and I were fans of the first splatoon she had a lot of fun with it, so when we got this one we were very excited. Very fun game so much better than the first one

I purchased the game for my grandson. This will be his first gaming system and game. I read a review and I believe he will really enjoy the game. The action will be right up his alley.

I loved the first Splatoon and 2 is more of what I loved plus... more! Salmon Run is addictive and fantastic, the new weapons and maps are great and it's just fun to visit Inkopolis again and this world. Barring a few strange choices, this is a must-buy for anyone interested in something unique.

Splatoon is a great shooter for gamers of all ages. It's not complicated and I will say rather unique in the sense that you don't need to shoot opponents on the other team to win games. The one major downside is team chat is handled through a Nintendo app on your smartphone. That's pretty awful.

The most fun shooter available on any system this year so far. Has a campaign, and multiple multiplayer modes. Can be great without any switch friends but extra fun with people you know.

Wonderful game. Multiplayer is a blast and the single player campaign is too. Salmon Run was a great addition to the series and as always this is a great kid friendly shooting game.

Although it has a great single player mode. I mostly played online and was surprised how fun the game is with its paint gun style concept and the graphics are very good!

The original splatoon was amazing, but was limited by the small user base of the Wii U. With the switch, this problem is fixed and the ability to splat anywhere is absolutely amazing!

Overall better than the first game. More hairstyles and clothing choices to make a cooler looking Inkling. Final boss battle has some of the best music in Splatoon. Really really fun!

Been playing since the original SNES. Great graphics, easy to pick up and play. For newbies, there is even assist mode to help from falling off the track. Go out and buy this game.

Motion controls are good with the pro controller and the game is fun overall but, a little too grindy. Ultimately, you will spend countless hours working on "perfecting" your gear. Good casual shooter if you don't care about stats.

A solid single player campaign, more multiplayer options, and some fantastic DLC. You need NSO online to get the most out of it, but it's completely worth it.

Nintendo really upped their game with Splatoon 2. This game has so much personality, and they frequently update the game with new items and maps. If you have a Switch, buy this game!

Splatoon 2 is a great game to pick up. I've never played the original for the wii u. But for a switch tittle is solid. Multiplayer is fun and the single player campaign isn't that bad.
