I've been having a lot of fun with this game. I've been playing turf war online and having a blast. I haven't dug into the single player yet. Just be aware that if you're connected to the internet, you may see evidence of a furries v everyone else turf war through the Miiverse like messages.

This a great option for an online multiplayer game. Especially if you are looking for something that doesn't have the violence or mature content of many of the other options out there.

My kids loves this game!!!! I would see her randomly standing and moving and that’s a plus for me. Wished it was more than 1 player as opposed to playing only against people online

My 13-year-old son got this game a couple weeks ago and has been playing it nonstop - getting as much time in before school is back in session in another week. He absolutely loves it!

Colorful and quirky, Splatoon is a great game that is very easy to pick up and play. It gets repetitive, but is surprisingly deep with a lot of different things to do outside of "Turf War (the main multiplayer mode)." Surprisingly competitive as well. Overall, easy game to recommend.

Splatoon 2 is basically the shooter nintendo version of the old Dreamcast classic Jet Grind Radio. I mean this in the style that it presents. Most excellent and dope (as the kids say)

The first game was great, but this continues to add to the fun of it. More weapons, more gear, easier switching between rounds, and tighter controls make this my go-to game on the go.

I'm salty I lost some of my favorite load outs but it's still a great game and the physics feel even smoother than the first. A much more balanced game overall. Would recommend 10/10.

Wow! If you love Splatoon for Wii U you will love this new version for the switch. The only draw back is you cannot play multiplayer. At least we haven't been able to figure that out.

Great game that any kid or adult would like. It is even better using an Amiibo. It is fast pace action and definitely worthy of replay.

It is very exciting when you get to play against other players and get to play campaign. The graphics are very good and the controls are easy to use. This game is very fun to play.

Game is fun and face paced. I only wish it was easier to play on the same team as friends. But just the same, the game is fun. There are many different modes to keep it interesting.

This game is full of color. I personally was never into shooters besides Destiny (if you consider it a shooter), but Splatoon is just all around a great fun game to kill time.

Fun casual game that could be taken to a competitive level. Online game play is a must. Requires a Nintendo Online membership though.

I thought this would be a kid friendly style shooter and I guess in a way it is but its paint and not paintballs like I thought, the controls take some getting used to. Honestly I still havent got the hang of it.

This is a game that I can get behind. It is like a shooter game but since it uses ink and ink bombs to kill squid. The kids 6 and 10 love this game.

Good fun game to play with kids. No blood or unnecessary violence. Gameplay is simple and my 6 year old has picked it up quickly.
