Splatoon 2 is a team-based third-person shooter video game developed and published by Nintendo for the Nintendo Switch. It is the sequel to the 2015 Wii U title Splatoon, and is playable by up to eight players in online four-versus-four matches.

This game is more Multiplayer based. Online battles are fun and could play for hours. If you want a family friendly online game where you win by painting the most of the battlefield then i'd recommend.

This is one of the switch's flagship games. Very fun for all ages. The controls can take awhile to get used to even when using the pro controller. Overall its a very fun and addictive game and would recommend it if you currently own a switch

Nintendo has done an excellent job of supporting this game after release. tons of free updates ,weapons,and maps for all players. Super unique and refreshing shooter game if you have not played it. If you own a switch this is a "must buy"!

Grandsons got a Switch for Christmas and they have been playing this game a lot. Be advised that to get the most out of this game you will need to have a Nintendo Online account. It's mostly an online game, but well worth it.

The game was gift for my 10 years old son. He loved it. Highly recommend!

I bought this on a whim for a friend's game night not knowing that you can't local play but I found myself getting really into the fun gameplay when I played alone. I really enjoy the casual nature of being able to play a few games before bed.

Well worth the purchase price. It's a worthy follow-up to the first game.

I consider the game over at this point, considering there are no more new Splatfests planned as the final one happens weeks ago. It adds on modes and weapons from the many we already got from Splatoon on the Wii U.

My two kids play this game every day. I finally had to buy a second copy so they could play together. The game looks fun and is colorful. My kids have also been enjoying playing online with their friends. But you can play it offline as well.

It's a non-violent third person shooter game. The boys like it a lot.

It's nice to have a kid friendly "shooter" like Splatoon 2. The games art style is fantastic, and the fun factor is ofd the charts. The only negatives are the motion controls and the limited availability of Salmon Run (team vs AI horde mode).

I had Splatoon 1 on the Wii U so it made sense to pick it up on the Switch. Graphics and game play have greatly improved since the first one. You can spend hours at a time in the online battle modes because they are that fun!!!!

This game is a good family friendly game that is fairly easy to play.

Splatoon was already great. Splatoon 2 offers better/more challenging single player missions, the same multiplayer modes we already loved, plus the new Salmon Run which is incredibly fun and addictive. This game is definitely worth a purchase!

Been playing video games since the t90's. This is one of the most original game concepts I've seen. If you have a kid who won't stop playIng call of duty this is a lot Moreno creative and uses a lot of shooting mechanics in a non violent way.

Very intuitive and hours of fun. Highly recommend!
