Improves upon the first game in every conceivable way. So much fun! Kid friendly. Many different weapons to choose from. New co op mode is great. Currently my favorite multiplayer game on the market.

Fun game! I purchased this for my nephew and he just loves playing this for hours.

If you loved the first one then you will love this one, Basically the same but now it has a story mode and the newest game mode Salmon Run which I have been playing endlessly. A definite a must have.

Great title for drop-in multiplayer action. Upgrade system keeps things interesting while the continuous stream of free content and community based objectives keeps the game from becoming stale.

Fun first person shooter type game without the violence of weapons and blood. Instead the idea is to paint everything to win! Challenging levels in story mode with fun on-line competition!

Game is a splashing good time. The characters and settings is unique and the play style game mechanics is refreshing. The only downfall is the mechanics in grouping up with friends. Requires a mobile app and is such a tedious method. Game will eventually require an online service to be paid in order to pay. :(

This take on fps from Nintendo innovates and refresh the current saturation of fps. As wells as continuing support from the developers from new maps, weapons, power ups and more. Highly recommended.

Game is better than what I was expecting. I had played the testfires from before which made me pre order and thought I would get some enjoyment from the game. But this has surpassed my expectations.

Splattoon is a fast pace and quick reaction game! Short timing of each battle allows easy mobility between games but also allows family fun! Looking for couch co op for the next version!

I purchased this game for my son to go with his new Nintendo Switch and this is his favorite game he loves the graphics and can't stop playing it.

I am a fan of the original Splatoon, this one is just as great. There are more maps, and choices, and you can customize your characters appearance a bit more than the first game. I'm not a fan of how they calculate the splatfest scores or when busy, you lose signal but overall a very fun competitive game.

Fun, new take on a shooter based game. Great, fun competitive online modes and co-op mode is alot of fun as well. With that said however, Nintendo still needs to work on their online services which hinder the overall enjoyment to its fullest as it fall short on several sessions I played.

I didn't play the original so this was all new to me but it is a great game and strangely addicting. You want to play just one more round every time to level up or to recover from a losing streak.

Amazing game to play on your spare time, especially for people that like network gaming. We got 2 copies so my kid and me could play simultaneously.

My kids love playing the Switch and it is a real family game because you can play more than 1 player and compete against each other. It is like playing a board game but more active.

I love the gameplay, it doesn't disappoint! Action packed and exciting, however, I only give it four stars because it continues to limit gameplay to one person on the same console. With several other people who play the game with me, it would be nice to have a multiplayer option on the same console.

My kids love this game! Super fun and with a lot of challenges. Nintendo showing that it's not needed a super violent game to be fun

So this was a gift for my Nephew, and he is extremely happy with it. He is a competitive gamer and plays pubg, csgo, overwatch etc... He is very pleased with this game on a competitive note.
