MY SON REALLY LOVES MOST OF THE NINTENDO SWITCH GAMES AND THIS ONE IS NO DIFFERENT, HE PLAYS THIS ONE FOR HOURS WITH HIS FRIENDS.

Great game both my boys 4-7 love playing it doesn’t seem overly nerdy and they love to play it with friends when they come over.

Splatoon 2 is very similar to the original Splatoon but it's great having the most up-to-date game. I didn't think I'd like this series because it looked too "kiddie" to me but it's actually pretty awesome. I'm not someone who usually enjoys shooting games but this doesn't feel violent at all... It's just ink! I have the most fun hanging out with my friend, who also has this game, and we'll play against each other using the online play. Unfortunately I don't believe it's possible to have two people play simultaneously on the same console, which is a bummer when I want to show the game to friends. But it's still a lot of fun and I've really enjoyed the Splatfests as well.

single player and multiplayer all fun love this game but needs the playing with friends for turf war improvement; cant choose to be on the same team; needs luck to be on the same team

I do really enjoy both Splatoon games a ton. But, still no 4 player splitscreen action. Mario Kart 8 Deluxe had plenty of local and online options. The core gameplay is great, but online is the main draw to this game. Some connection issues lately so I docked a star for those issues. Great title otherwise.

one if not the best fun games of all time get ready for multiplayer only and fun addictive gameplay 1 hour feels like 10 minutes please make yourself a favor buy this game !0 out of 10.

Never thought I would pick up a Nintendo game up. However now I find myself prying my kids off it so I can play it. The game itself is fun to play online, and splashing paint all over your turf.

his is my children's 3rd Nintendo system....and this is the best one so far........they are enjoying it very much and are looking forward to the many games and add ons that are available.

If you've played the first game you'll love this one. Now on the switch so it makes it portable. Plays wonderfully multiplayer has been fun.

Absolutely love this game this has become one of my favorite games on switch. If you like online multiplayer games I highly recommend splatoon 2.

Taking Splatoon with you is a huge asset to the series. Local multiplayer, tons of new weapons, multiple control schemes and tons of new outfits make this a logical evolution of the series.

If you loved the first one, you'll love this one! If you never played the first one, and you were intrigued, definitely pick it up! It's a fun and unique, family-friendly, third-person shooter.

Bought it for my son for his birthday. Lots of action in short duration matches. A good pick up and play game. My wife doesn’t normally play games and she even started playing.

When this game first came out I was honestly uninterested, it just looked like a bad attempt at a Shooter and I did not see the appeal. Once I finally have it a try my opinion changed drastically. It has something for everyone, if you are someone who doesn’t necessarily want to just run and gun playing the objective is just as important as any kill counter. But if you are someone who just likes to go against other players it’s also highly enjoyable. The only thing I wish was a little different is the progression system can be very slow at times and it feels like you are not really making a lot of headway in leveiling.

This game is awesome. I love the multiplayer mode. I don't like the single player mode, but that's fine. It's super fun regardless. I wish you could do split screen multiplayer.

As a fan of the original Splatoon, I was definitely going to purchase this. This game has great replay value. And it expands on a fairly new Nintendo franchise. I would recommend this game.

Surprisingly, online multiplayer is still going pretty strong after the switch to Nintendo Online, so it's still worth it for sure. Controllers are better than on the Wii U, too.

I love this game! Splatoon for the wii u may always be my favorite but splatoon 2 has a chance to take that title. This game is loads of fun and safe for kids, but certianly not only for kids!

my grandson loves the game however if you don't already have online Nintendo account which is only $20 a year you will need one to play this game
