It was in new packaging it's a holiday gift for my daughter.

If you liked the first one you will like this one. If you never played the first one you will still like this one. The only thing keeping it from 5 stars is a lack of multiplayer. Would love for the whole family to be able to play this game.

The game is fun and addictive but it sucks that it is not multiplayer. I have played the story mode version and online. The game is fun in every way.

Granddaughter loves the game. Got as Christmas gift from long distance, and made a good choice for her.

Great nintendo game, however it should be noted that this is a local 1 player game only, if you want to play multiplayer it needs to be online

I'm not blinded by nostalgia to love everything Nintendo. So when I play this game, I just get the urge to play other better shooters out there. Of course, there aren't any on Switch right now, so homemade has a captive audience to this game. But if you have gaming capabilities beyond Nintendo available to you, you really should take a look at Battlefield 1, Overwatch or Halo. These games have more depth, much better multiplayer setups and party systems, and of course better graphics. Splatoon 2 just feels like a comfortable buy for parents who don't like real bullets. Sure you can't side around in ink or have condiment wars in other games, but is that what you're in this for?

This game took me back a bit... I knew it was good, didn't realize how good. Very cute characters, a lot of charm....must have for the Switch.

All I had to do was wait and the process was decently fast. Only issue was that people kept getting there after me and they were attended to first but other than that everything was fine.

I have so much fun playing this game. The game has a great art style and the characters are fun. I would recommend this game to anyone.

Unlike normal fps game, the game required using trick. Btw, Japanese version and us version share festival in the most resent fest.

Sequel to Splatoon for WiiU. Octo Expansion DLC for this game is highly recommended for those who want more single player content.

Something about splashing color around is very soothing. While not immediately apparent, there is an extensive single-player adventure mode.

I normally dislike shooters, but this one is pretty fun! Motion control aiming take a little time to get used to, but now I'll never go back!

Great game. Got it on sale so great value. Would definitely recommend this as one of the best nintendo IPs.

Bought this game for my husband for his birthday. He loved the first Splatoon and couldn't wait for this one. He plays it everyday after work.

This is a great little shooter for the system which there really is no other options. I would highly recommend this for anyone with a Switch. While its not going to be the best shooter you ever played it is a great escape on the Switch.

My kids always fought because splatoon on the Wii U took up both the gameplay and the TV. The Switch version is great because it can be played in tablet mode alone so it’s perfect for freeing up the TV as well as playing on the go.

My daughter enjoyed playing Splatoon 2 …. This game keeps her entertained.

I like this game , it was little price but it was worth it , the only thing that concerns me is that the game can be played by one player
