godson really enjoys game. 100% recommend to give as a gift.

I bought this game for my son and he kept getting an error messages saying he could not connect to other console(s) because of wrong NAT type to play online. I contacted Nintendo support and I was on the phone for over an hour and they could not help me. My NAT type showing on the Nintendo Switch was a D and she said that was bad. It should be an A or a B. I also reached out to Linksys support and nothing. I finally decided to contact my ISP and here is where it got interesting. He told me they use what is called CG-NAT and does not allow online gaming, VPN, etc. The only way to get around this is get a static IP address which will cost me $5/month. Just be aware if you decide to purchase this game and you can't play online, this is why.

Splatoon 2 for the Nintendo Switch is a fun and innovate game. The leveling up and choices for configuring your player is cool. I only wish you could play split screen and with multi-player with one console.

Can be fun with friends and has a decent single player campaign but gets repetitive and the fact that you can only play on 2 different maps at a time is lame.

Huge fan of the first installment and Splatoon 2 is very good for a sequel to the great Nintendo IP.

I absolutely love this game. The shooting feels great and the way you interact with ink is wonderful. It's like a high paced stealth shooter. Be warned: the amazing horde mode (Salmon Run) has a weird schedule so it won't always be available, and connecting with friends can be a bit of a pain. Despite its shortcomings, I have spent ore than 200 hours playing it and it has been magnificent

This game is fun to play for an hour or two. Only downside us you cant talk to your friends. Its not the games fault but Nintendo's. Other than thay it's fun.

This is a great online multiplayer shooter from Nintendo. The co-op mode really shines over the regular multiplayer for me.

This is a fun 3rd person shooter with numerous competitive modes.

Splatoon 2 is an amazing game to anyone of any age. A more comedic and hilarious way to enjoy shooters. The art is great and the characters are all lovable, marine-based individuals. The only thing that really puts a negative on this game is matchmaking, but these issues aren't too noticeable until much later down the road.
