The best "shooter" I've played in years

The game is not only wholesome and fun for anyone but is also a marvel of creative gameplay. The Switch's portability and gyro controls allow for more ways to play, and the game succeeds because of it. Additionally, all of the free updates keep the game fresh!

Surprisingly the motion controls work well in docked and undocked mode. This is important because motion controls are more accurate than using analog sticks for aiming. I wish you could access all modes all the time. The in-game currency can be a little annoying with how single-player and multi-player unlockable content are walled off.

Splatoon 2 had made me become obsessed with this franchise again. Tho I wish there was some for of voice chat cause some of these matches are unbearable without voice chat
