No blood, just lots of paint. Just be aware that in order to make the most of Splatoon, you will need a Nintendo online subscription so that you can participate in online battles to level up your character.

Excellent family game!

Me and my kids have an absolute blast painting and using the rollers to splat as many people as we can! Very enjoyable.

Costs more than the game price

Most of the content is only available by doing so. That said, once you spend the additional money, the game becomes fun.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.so much fun! my 8 year old loves it. requires online membership. what i like about that is during game play they can’t communicate via online - only they can say, “this way” or “booya!” which is a piece of mind with an 8 year old online.

Perfect Starter Pack

Surprisingly the book has really good tips for beginner and intermediate players. Between this one and the regular edition, definitely pick this one.

Its comical online games are short so you have time to rest easy after each game and there is a story mode. This Nintendo style shooter is perfect for the switch.
