There is nothing better than thinking you are gonna spend the weekend playing the game you preordered months ago only to have it be delayed and not arrive on release day. Game was supposed to arrive Friday September 9th and now it says it will arrive on Monday the 12th. I should have ordered this game from Amazon and could have been splatting some noobs online instead of writing this pointless review.

Great game. However it is only online so you must have the Nintendo switch online pass to play.

Splatoon 3 is a surprisingly addictive and challenging online shooter. Great alternative to CoD

Basically, a much more polished and refined take on Splatoon 2's base format! - I liked the singleplayer hero mode a lot more (it takes after the Octo Expansion dlc rather than the mainline mode in Splatoon 2, which is a noteworthy upgrade). - Significantly more unlockable options for customization! As well as increased ease of playing with friends (without having to coordinate when they're online). - Salmon run has a lot more options to unlock and progress modes, and the emergency mode is fun to play. - And finally, it's fun to play and talk about with my online and international friends! Getting to vc and play together during Splatfests has been a blast. I'd recommend this to anybody who liked/considered Splatoon 2, and wants a more active multiplayer mode, refined experience, or additional content.

I love the fluid gameplay and the vibrant colors that dominate this game! It makes for a fun experience no matter if you've played Splatoon before. The gameplay, visuals, and overal fun this game provides is gripping and can keep you interested for years to come! The only downsides I can think of are that it takes a long time to level up and buy gear, and online communication errors can occur from time to time. I think the game itself makes up for these shortcomings, though.

*pun intended. Honestly love 3 so much more than 2. If you like Splatoon, you should enjoy this. The single player is so much better! (I've never played Octo Expansion so I can't speak on that, however.) Lots of neat little extra features implemented too.

Wasnt sure I would enjoy this one as much as Splatoon 2, but in the end i found myself coming back over and over again to the funn!

My son absolutely loves the game!!! He plays everyday and talks about it all the time. I think it's the best game hes has gotten.

I bought this in 2022 and still love it! Great game, really expanded on Splatoon 2 and added a lot of lore and fresh new modes.

Gotta have this game always so much fun and playing online and co-op with friends
