No game on release date

Supposed to be available 9/9/22 but 20 hours into 9/9/22 no digital download code. Tried to chat 3x, the first 2 disconnected me, the 3rd "transferred" me to a wait time of 58 minutes. Finally called and was only told it was a "known issue". Based on the splatfest teaser the game should be good...I just don't know for sure since I can't access the game (there is no way to cancel the order to download, I would have to purchase the game twice.) Please avoid pre-ordering software from Bestbuy for something you may be really excited for.

Awful online experience

Money not returned to customer bank account

It's only $10 and some change but still money that supposed to return to my account

Awful Shipping
