Bought this game so that the whole family could play together, was not disappointed.

After playing the game for a few days, I must say that it is indeed an excellent piece of intellectual property. But, upon first purchasing this game, and playing it for the first time, I did have a bit of an adapting curve when it came to the default setting of using the Wii U touchpad for aiming. But after straightening out that curve, aiming using the pad became first hand nature and all that stuff.

The game wasn't what I thought I was gonna be. Didnt like this game the commercials make it look more interesting than it is.

Graphic are good, game play as expected. Not exceptional just as advertised.

My only complaint is you can't have multiple people playing unless it is online, other then that it is a good game.

The phone seems Ok but the battery does not last. Had enormous problems getting the phones set up and the Best Buy person kept saying it was because of Best Buys WIFI. Spent 7 hours the next day setting up the Iphones and the 6s had many many duplicates of the pictures. Spent 4 hours at Best Buy and 7 hours the next day to get it all perfect. I am not sure you should be selling cell Phones.

Love the cute little characters are so much adorable! Very cute family fun game! My son loves it too! So happy with it!

The single player campaign is actually pretty good for this game. It helps you understand different strategies to use in the multiplayer. The story was decent and fun. I really like the atmosphere of Splatoon. It is very different from most games and makes it unique. The controls of the game are easy to pick up and become very good at fast. The single player is probably about 6 hours or so and is pretty good. The end boss is a great fight. Multiplayer is where this game is suppose to have its meat, but there is not much. There is two different types of multiplayer where one is paint everything and see who can paint the whole level the most 4 v 4. It is fun and different. The ranked battles have a mode where you try to paint a certain small area and keep it painted your color in 4 v 4. They are adding more maps and modes for the game, but it is slowly coming out each month. You can not pick which map you battle on. The maps are in rotation every 4 hours. You can only play those two maps in those 4 hours until it switches to 2 other maps. There is also no voice chat in the game to talk to teammates. Overall, I had fun with the game and I liked how it was different. This is a great game for younger children, where they can learn how to play a shooter without the blood and violence. Older people can like it too and it can get competitive. Stay fresh and check out the special Splatfest they have on certain weekends.

So me and my boys got this game and we're excited to fire it up when we got back to my crib. To our surprise we found out there is no local multiplayer. What a joke. The only thing Nintendo games have going for them is the local multiplayer capabilities of their games otherwise I'd rather just play checkers. I ain't happy but if you have no friends you might be alright with this game.

I would rate this game as "meh", as it fails to keep my son and his buddies engaged more than 15 minutes at a time.

Fun game that your whole family can enjoy. It's best to play 1st player, so you can practice & get a hang of it.

My kids really enjoy it. It's easy to get into and not violent.

Bought this for my son, he loves it so I tried it out, it's a fun game.

I thought I could put in CD and use but had to download something and internet wouldn't connect to wifi

I belive that nintendo made a good job in promotion but the content is simple not big deal the history.

I am not crazy about this one and neither are my kids. Maybe we just don't have the hang of it yet.

needs a better campaign but multiplayer is awesome.

The online gets boring but the single player mode is fantastic.
