Video games have been in a lol lately, and this game dared to challenge what we know and tweaked it. They're still patching it and expanding, and I'm hoping for them to update the two player mode, but for a small studio to create such a fun game.. It's wonderful

This game has kept my kids 10,8, 6 attention for weeks now. Great game that all ages can enjoy. One of my favorite games too. Love the single story mode adventure and unearthing the history of splatoon.

Fun for children and adults with an easy learning curve. Great graphics and I experienced no lag at all through my 50 or so matches thus far. I enjoy the fact that there isn't much camping because the objective of the game isn't dependent on shooting the enemy.

The third person shooter has been in desperate need of some sort of innovation to breathe new life into it, and while this won't give you the blood and gore of the Gears of War type games, it'll definitely deliver on a new type of game play experience for sure.

There are great graphics and animation. The game is challenging yet easy to play. The colors really are vibrant. The characters are very cute.although I do not play the game, my son does and just loves it. It is a lot of fun to watch someone play as well.

This is one of those games that's just so fun to play especially with multiple people. If you love colorful styles and fast paced games then you'll like this game. Nintendo still knows how to make great games for The whole family without being to violent.

This game is absolutely amazing. Go purchase it right now. It's all the fun of a first person shooter, added in with splatting paint everywhere. Without the inclusion of other people on voice chat who think calling you names is more fun than the actual game.

Great game. Loving the competitive nature with a non-violent twist. Mostly online play, but the campaign is excellent as a standalone, albeit a bit short. Amiibo add some more functionality to the campaign as well as some wearables for the online multiplayer.

Fun and addictive from 5 years old to 85. The online game is amazing and always a challenge at any level of play. Wii U is not the best investment I have ever made due to the lack of games available, especially a new Zelda title. However this game is 5 star.

This game really surprised me. The mechanics of shooting, turning into a squid, and inking levels is very fun and exciting. The only negative I can truly give the game is that there are a limited number of maps for multilayer, but everything else is solid.

Not your average shooter (you use paint instead of bullets), this game is a lot of fun, even if it's geared towards a younger crowd. Controls are a little wonky at first, but once you the hang of it there are plenty of different play styles to enjoy.

This game is so cool, I do not want to stop playing it. I waited so long to play it and it is not a disappointment. My friends and family agree, this game is super cool, I think it is probably my favorite game to play right now. Thanks to my mom and dad.

My eleven year old loves this game. No violence. Just fun game play.

This is the perfect game for someone who wants to play an online shooter but doesn't have 100s of hours to practice. Since the objective is to cover the ground in your color, you can feel like you are helping your team even if you are awful at head shots.

Splatoon is a shooter that brings something new to the genre, something that doesn't happen often. It's fun and accessible, for all skill levels. Online multiplayer is a blast, but the campaign is not to be forgotten either. 10 outta 10, would recommend.

A new IP from Nintendo doesn't come out very often. As usual it's another excellent game. Easy to get into, hard to master. This is a shooter that young kids and adults will love. Can easily see this becoming one of Nintendo's big franchises from now on.

Excellent game if you like online multiplayer. Just needs more maps.

I really like this game. Its simple enough for anyone to figure out in the first few mins but entertaining enough to last hours at a time. I like that the rounds are a few mins long so you get in a few games before bed without such a time commitment.

Dope game. Nintendo goodness. After getting tired of the usual bf4 and cod fps, this third person "shooter" is a breath of fresh air. The motion controls work surprisingly well. Can't wait for the full content, but im having a blast with what they have.
