This is a great game for lovers of Mario-character games who are looking for something different. It's like playing a kid-friendly version of Call of Duty with Mario characters.

I bought this because it was on sale and seemed to be a AAA title. Someone described it as Nintendo's version of a post apocalyptic game, but its not. Its not exactly paintball either. Its hard for me to describe, but the game is very strategy based. It takes some team work. There is a FPS element, but also other styles of play, and different weapons. Each game is 3 minutes, so can play a few matches without getting tied to the game. There are single play levels, and 2 player duels. Overall I enjoy it. The only thing I don't like is the music, its very limited and repetitive. I haven't found a way to play my own music.

This game is actually fun,didn't look interesting, but when I played it i was really fun and exciting!

My only issues so far are the limited maps, and inability to vote on maps/game-modes. Considering that there is regular (Free!) DLC, I don't even really consider it an issue. With that said, everything else about the game is great. All of the current game modes are enjoyable, as are the maps. The colors are bright, the music is wacky and fun, etc. I love that you can order someone else's gear if you see something you like on a Mii in the plaza.

Beautiful colors and quite entertaining kids bought amiibo before they even had game. They had a hard time finding the game in our area. They live it and been playing nonstop
