Like nothing I have ever played before
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This coop game is one of the best games that I have played in a long time. The adventures you go on as you play, are so creative and well thought out. If you can play this with a friend or family member, I highly recommend it.

Perfection for co-play.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.A complete blast of a video game. Perfect to play with a friend or your children. The amount of imagination and different situations, is just insane. The graphics are great, with a beautiful story and a perfect gameplay. You can play with a person next to you or give a “friend code” to a friend to play with you.

Split Fiction is a must buy at BEST BUY !!!
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I enjoyed playing "A Way Out" and am a huge fan of "It Takes Two" so, needless to say, Split Fiction was a day one purchase for me and I was not disappointed. This game is simply incredible. The graphics are very polished and immersive, at times it feels like you want to physically dodge your head as you react to whats going on in the game. The story is a little bland and I find myself not really too invested in that but, where the game truly shines, is the game play. It takes collaboration and planning with the second player to get anywhere in this game and that truly makes its unique and fun! Keep in mind that this is a two player game and there isn't a one player campaign mode. I've been playing with friends and family but you can also join the Hazelight discord to find random people to play with.

Easily one of the GOATs!
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Even if you have to pay retail, just get it, as long as you have someone to play it with, and while you are at it, get the other two games from the same studio; but, don't pay full price for those. It's like art, just beautiful scenery, graphics, simple controls, great story line, memorable characters, and just a joy to play. HOWEVER, there is one draw back that I do HATE, which is almost another compliment to them, and while the main game it almost the perfect length there is really very little re-playability, because once you cycle through as each of the two characters, there isn't a whole lot of anything left to explore :(

What an awesome game to play with your kids!!
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This game is AWESOME! It is from the same makers of the hit game, IT TAKES 2. It is a 2-player only game, so you cannot play this game solo. You can play with someone locally on the couch, or you can play online with someone. There is even a feature called Friend's Pass, where if the other person doesn't have the game, they can download the game as a game share by EA. You go through a pretty awesome story with the two characters, solving these puzzles to get through the game. If you're a mystery or puzzle lover, this is a MUST.

Great two-player game

Immersive, exciting co-op game!!
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Whether you prefer the retrospective, future and cut-edge sci-fi or enchanting, beautiful nature and adventure roots of fantasy- Split Fiction encapsulates both purely! Easy to pick up on, though some puzzles in which you must work together with your co-op partner do demand strategy, teamwork and no hesitation! The story of this game is very intriguing, and has breakthrough graphics and gameplay tactics! I highly recommend giving Split Fiction a try. (By the way, this game shares the same game developer, Hazelight, which also developed It Takes Two- so if you liked that game, this is definitely for you!)

Masterful
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I played through this game with my wife and after coming off a fresh playthrough of the previous game by this game developer, It Takes Two, we were initially a little disappointed with Split Fiction. The story seemed less interesting, the characters were unlikable and a bit annoying. The co-op challenges also felt thin in the first couple of hours and the worlds just didn’t feel as imaginative and exciting as those in It Takes Two. Then, all of a sudden, this game just started to fire up and it got better and better and better and it became one of the best co-op experiences I’ve had after many years of gaming. Truly masterful. Is it perfect, no but if you’re looking for a fantastic two player experience, I can’t recommend this game enough.

Super Well Done
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Super creative concept and beautiful execution. This is great for hours of local co-op fun. I would not recommend this game for younger kids since there are difficult sequences and you have to get a long well with your playing partner. There is also swearing (by the characters...and somethimes players) throughout the game.

Best Two-Player Game Ever??
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This game is such a blast. I’m playing with my boyfriend, and our different playing styles are well matched for this game. We both regularly game so most of the time, we zip through pretty quickly; but there are times when neither of us knows what to do and it takes us a minute to figure it out. It is SO satisfying when it clicks what to do …and then when we actually manage to accomplish it. The plot so far is great, and the graphics are amazing. Would die for Mio 10/10

Hazelight does it again.
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you've played It Takes Two, you know that this studio excels at making excellent co-op games, and this is their best one yet. The sheer variety of mechanics and challenges on display is nothing short of phenomenal, with excellent pacing to boot. Yes, you unambigiously need a 2nd player for this--either locally or online, sharing a single copy of the game either way--because the same literally will not start until two players choose their characters. But if you have that, then absolutely play this.

GREAT GAME!!!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is one of the greatest games I have played for two players. It's interesting and interactive. If you are not paying attention to what they say, you will miss a side quest. We did that a few times, but the game allows you to go back and figure out what you missed by starting at your last checkpoint, or you can choose at the home screen where to start. I'm sure if I pry, I could find something wrong, but hey, why would I do that. We had a great time playing it. I hope there is a Split Fiction 2 in the future or something similar. GREAT GAME!!!

Peak Fiction

Certified Banger
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Fun mechanics, insane art and environment variety, creative ideas, and a killer premise. This game is the ideal co-op experience. And, it is a statement on consumer friendly games. $50 on launch that includes your friend being able to play for free no matter what console? That’s a deal. And to top it all off, the most mindbending finale in a video game I can currently think of. Avoid any spoilers, find someone to play with you, and just buy this thing!
