Watch Strap

I bought this because the original strap kept popping off. I noticed that this strap stayed on as long as you did not pull on it, then it to would pop off. I am not sure if it had something to do with the strap or if the contact point to the watch is messed up.

Loved it till it stoped working

My ionic was good one day it just wouldn’t charge or turn on I wasn’t alone did my research online YouTube videos a lot of people out here with same problem. Issue started happening right after update my watch I wouldn’t buy another one again not worth the risk For the price when I bought it it was $299.

What a waste of $$$$$$$

They don't care when there product fails. And im not the only one, on Utube they show every possible way to turn it back on, and they failed. There was reviews on fit bit app, where people had it less then a year, and were not compensated any help or refund or or credit for a new or different fitbit offer. A company as big as FitBit should be held accountable for there mistakes. This not to mention the extra charger i purchased and bands all money down the drain

Instead, they unclip while I'm running or walking and the whole watch almost falls off.

I special ordered not knowing that there were tiny holes in the band. Did not show up in the catalog picture. Disappointed in Best Buy.
