It has a lot more slots for finding the right fit, but the rubber has a bit more grip, so it can be hard to put on and if you're a guy with hairy arms, you may lose a few hairs your first few times putting it on. It's a perfectly acceptable band. I mean, it's just a band. It's not world shattering, but it does it's job. Though it could do it a bit better

Comfortable Fitbit band
