Great phone, even better price. I don't know about these other reviews about buying a clearly marked SPRINT phone and wanting to flash over to other networks. If u plan on using another network, it is locked to sprint and other carriers offer this phone and want you to buy their locked version. Please buy the correct phone that is locked to that network. Sprint's $35 plan has great coverage and great network speeds. The activation process online did give me an error but was quickly resolved by their customer service representatives. Overall very satisfied with this purchase.

I am very happy with my purchase, it's my first smartphone, and it's not too difficult to learn. The battery stays charged all day, and the sprint prepaid deal is the best.

It is a great cheap smartphone to use with sprint.

Decent amount of memory. Good value for the price. First one i ordered never arrived so i contacted Best Buy for replacement and the process was smooth and easy. Received replacement phone within 3 days

I got the $79 black Friday deal. Love the fancy phone. Its a sprint locked phone, and sprint customer service is good. I'm not getting 4g, but 3g seems to be great. Its been great for shopping online! Facebook, instagram etc. Shipping from Best Buy was fast. Overall I'm very happy

Nice phone for 79.99 WIFI connection is fast apps/games work great. The sprint 4G a is always at just one bar service could be better.

Even though this is a Sprint prepaid phone and tech specs on web page reads Virgin Mobile, cannot use for Virgin Mobile. =( Contacted VM and they cannot connect to their service. Terrible because this is a good phone for the price.

Shocking but this silly phone does not actually work on sprint! SPRINT DOES NOT ALLOW THIS ON THEIR NETWORK?? I was shocked but you are stuck with not only a locked phone but a phone locked to 1 single provider. I am not surprised with all these issues that SPRINT IS LOSING CUSTOMERS!!!

I have call Best Buy before I have buy this phone with question "Does this phone have a SIM card slot?" They told me "yes" and you can use this phone in Europe.... But now I see that this phone does not have a SIM card slot and after all I can not use this phone in Europe....

I really loved this phone, and I waited a year to get it, but I had to return the phone. I use my phone mostly for the Internet. To my surprise, Sprint shuts off your Internet once you have used the data. I was use to having reduced speeds, which Metro PCS, Straight Talk, Virgin Mobile, and Boost Mobile provides. So, sadly, I had to take back the phone, and I couldn't get my $35 back.

triband model was not apparent when buying this phone.

I just got the phone shipped tonight. I am glad the MEID is outside the package and I can check it without opening the box. Unfortunately, it doesn't work with Ting or RingPlus.
