The graphics are amped up and the gameplay is nice for kids

I enjoyed playing these games when they were released way back when. We dusted them off not too long ago for my daughter (the originals, that is), but they just looked hokey. Then I found this while looking for some new games and decided to buy it. I was not disappointed! Although it is meant more for kids, I really enjoy playing and so does my daughter. We will certainly get our money's worth out of this trilogy of old classics. Not much has changed apart from modern graphics, but that didn't bother me. We are very much enjoying this purchase.

The first game is expertly remastered. The second is adequate, with some questionable changes to voice actors and original sound effects (Hunter stands out the most). The last has several bugs riddling an otherwise excellent experience, with Sgt. Byrd's sections at times being borderline unplayable. In all seriousness though, this bundle is now the definitive version of these games. Despite these faults, if Activision hadn't pulled the scummy tactic of only putting the first game on the disc (and requiring the other two to be downloaded), I would have still given this 5 stars.

The game is exactly what I was hoping for and better, graphics are improved, the game is still fun and just like I remember it.

I LOVE THIS GAME! While i mainly bought this collection for the first spyro game, I am glad i am now able to play the other two games. i have such deep nostalgia for this game, and mostly keep the music to original settings. this plays just how i remember it, and any oldschool playstation nerd will love this title :D

I grew up playing the originals on Playstation and Gamecube and to compare the original trilogy with this is absolutely eye opening. Everything is a breath of fresh air, graphics, sounds, and animations are all amazing! My wife never played these games growing up, but she is enjoying Spyro as a newcomer just fine!

The 3 best Spyro games on one package. This is a no brainer. Great graphics, excellent controls and 3 great stories.

I played this as a child and it brings back great nostalgic feelings. Plays just like the old game and much more beautiful and detailed than ever! All the little secrets are still in the game. Everything about the game is basically modernized. Hope Playstation keeps making these great remasters with other titles.

This game is very nostalgic for me and I knew I just had to get it. I love the upgraded graphics and appreciate how they didn’t make the game seem too changed from the original. Highly recommend for those who played this game before and revisit this gem of a game.

Graphics look great, the story line matches up with the old game. Good game play, sometimes a little glitchy, but overall, I'm happy with the purchase.

This game is just as good as it used to be when I was a kid. But even more so with the beautiful graphics. I swear they thought of everything, the grass sways, the metal shines/reflects, and the water is absolutely stunning. 10/10 remake, I recommend to anyone who wants to see the good side of Spyro games.

Expect to experience plenty of nostalgia if you grew up playing the original Spyro trilogy on the PS1. This remake is a trip down memory lane with a fresh coat of paint. It’s every bit as fun as I remember and a great game to pick up for the family as well!

Been 5 years since I last played Spyro on my Sony PS 3. My husband and a grandson purchased a new PS4 Pro and the Spyro Series for me, from Best Guy, as a gift for my 73rd. Birthday. Let me tell you, Spyro still rocks on but now in 4K awesome resolution and speed of PS 4 Pro is outstanding!

I was amazed by how much work they put into this game. Toys For Bob did an outstanding job with this game. The sound effects and music sound great, and the gameplay is flawless. Camera controls are improved compared to the original. The only complaint that I have about this is that you have to download a 20Gb file to play the other two games. Physical media is slowly disappearing, which is sad. 5 Star for the game 1 Star for the physical media

Wonderful throwback to the original games with a beautiful new coat of paint. Just wish it had better framerates and it all came on disc.

I had the original Spyro series years ago with my first Play Station. This version for PS4 is awesome. Better graphics than the original but similar story line. I love it and can spend HOURS playing it. Even better is the ability to hop back and forth between worlds without having to change the disk!

A great remaster of all 3 Spyro games that allows for the reminiscence of childhood. This game was not only at a great value, but are well done, without having to dust off the old PlayStation 1, and the graphics are even better than before. I love it!

All three Spyro games redone for 40 dollars is a steal. All the worlds have been redone from the ground up while staying as close to the original as possible. I can't recommend this more to people who played it in the past, and I'll recommend it to those who weren't around for the games as well.

Great game for those who love Spyro. Get the first three games in the series remastered with updated graphics, music and design. Great job reworking the old and making it fresh. A download is required for Spyro 2 and 3 since they were not complete when the disc was pressed.
