Once I got it home it set easy and I was using it the same day. Best of all I saved money by going to Best Buy instead of ordering online!

It would not allow me to start an account for almost two days. I couldn't get assistance because there was no line person to talk to unless you had an account. Once I did get it figured out, it took a while to connect to my inventory. And occasionally as I was checking customers out the inventory disappeared. The tap feature didn't work for any customer. And it wouldn't allow me to adjust tax to suit each city. It's better than nothing though.
