I bought this to run concessions and get rid of cash app works great fees are cheaper than cash app on the small charges and as long as they have cash app linked to their wallet they can still tap to pay!!

This was such a better solution than the original card swiper. It is a little bit more but so much better for the customer. It's easy, for chip or tap functions so offers more for the customers for security. We have a cafe that is high volume so we use this for a back-up and 2nd register option - works great!!

I have used a Square Reader for many years. After almost 10 years my original reader gave out and needed replacement. What I love about the Square service is the daily reports, rapid payment, AND that it (via swiper dongle) can be used offline when you don't have cell/internet service.

The Square Reader for contactless or chip-type credit cards is easy to use since it is easy to tell the charge status of the battery, easy to see when the data transmission from the chip is complete, and easy to perform the connection routine to a phone or tablet. We have used these for over two years with great success.

I’ve only used it once and it was actually really simple to use. It’s hard to say anything else about it just because I’ve only used it once.

We went to the square when the old credit card system became too expensive to maintain. This system is very fast simple and easy everyone has been complementing us on how fast it is. the only negative drawbacks I find are that the iPhone jack is not available any place but Square, itself I did end up getting one but I did have to get it through the mail, even the Apple store doesn’t sell it. And the fact that you have to decide whether you want to print receipts you need an old iPad to do that or get people used to emailing or texting receipts to their phone.

Excellent way to receive payment when you have a small business, store front or on the go! Self-employed, will love this. I certainly do.

The Square contactless and chip card reader is a great device to allow clients to pay with their chip enabled card or, the even better way, with Apple Pay, Android Pay, etc. All NFC payment types are accepted. When customers see the ease of use, they are surprised. The only complaint I have is that the actual device is very lightweight. I think Square would bundle this (for the same price) with the stand. I really think the stand should come with this reader. It’s almost necessary to prop up the device and make it easier to slide cards in without picking the whole thing up to insert cards.

This device it’s useful and practical to carry around. It also include little swipe reader but it only work with the audio plug that my iPhone X doesn’t have so I have to carry around my ups just in case. The fee it’s a little high 2.7% i guess with clover devices it’s a lot cheaper. If you are having big volumes you should consider it.

The square reader is easy to set up and easy to use. It will help me to sell a service when people don't want to pay by cash or check.

The Square Contactless chip reader is fantastic. My clients love that they don't need to hand me their card anymore. I was using the Square swipe reader. I'm so glad I upgraded. I also bought the port for it to sit in & charge. It's weighed & clients don't need to touch that either

Square is ideal for small businesses or boutique pop-ups. Easy set-up and use. Funds transfer to bank account the next business day.

This is a great kit for Square users as you can take payments using the new credit cards with the chip or using smartphone pay apps.

Using this for craft shows, great just wish it came with the chip reader holder. Instead of having to pay another 30.00 for holder.

This is great to use for vendor events and have had no issues with it. Very fast to install and works quickly to accept payments.

I was Leary of this product at first because I had heard it was difficult to use versus the swipe method, but the instructions easily walk you through how to set it up and it works great, every time. With so many credit cards having the chip on them now, this is a great tool to have. Square is a great platform for income, too. Love it!

This is great if you use Square! Allows people to tap with their smart phone or credit card. Holds a charge for a long time and is super easy to setup on your Square account.

Easy and convenient to use. Receipts are emailed directly to my clients for their records. I'm happy and so are my clients.
