Not always reliable

Posted .Really sorry you had this experience with your Contactless + Chip reader. We'd recommend always making sure the app is up to date to make sure the reader is always running smoothly. Also check to make sure your device is tested/compatible with it at: squ.re/compatibility.

Posted .It should hold a charge for at least a full day as long as it isn't left on the charger overnight often. Leaving it charged overnight or for past it's full charge can deplete the battery. Hard time tapping cards - has not worked

Posted .We also offer a lightning magstripe reader for iPhones with no headphone jacks. The Contactless reader is wireless and works with most devices and is best for processing chipped cards.

Not compatible with new iPhone

I feel like it’s overpriced, $40 more than the ones I have always used before, and I still have to manually type in non chip cards. I wouldn’t recommend it if you have an new iPhone. If you do have the jack to plug in you still have two separate things to keep up with.

Won't synch

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I downloaded the app for this device, and I returned this item back to the store once I started reading their reviews, bad experiences from the customers, the people using this device stated there’s no customer service phone numbers, everyone that has issues has to email, and wait until the company gets back at them.. I can’t afford to pay for a day or weekend of renting a space to sale my items and this device giving me problems and then not being able to get it fix.. the worst story a lady wanted to make extra money for the Holidays for her children and the company decided to put a hold on her payoff for 2 months? I don’t think so... honestly no one should be part of the sale on this device
