We wouldn't have been able to accept credit/debit card transactions without it. Bluetooth pairing and operation is easy and reliable. Battery seems to last well too.

Only issues I’ve encountered is black cards don’t fit, and while in my bag a coin has become lodged inside a couple times.

People were extremely receptive to it, and it gave the opportunity for people to purchase MORE, and maybe they haggled less on prices too. I did, however, round prices down anyway. So, setup was a breeze. No issues. I think there's a small learning curve with the software, so I'd recommend playing with it a few days, but be careful not to accidentally charge yourself. However, if you do, it's very easy to get a refund! It's a super gadget!
