Best Buy sent out three different contracted companies before the fourth group finally had the correct stacking kit. We cleared the laundry room and our schedules each time. No one ever claimed responsibility. We love our stacked Washer / Dryer in the small laundry room. The kit works, but the hassle to simply install it was ridiculous.

Was informed would have to return in store which I am not able to do at the moment. Would have appreciated an opportunity to return by mail as item was damaged and not simply unwanted.
