So another $70 later and 3 days for deliver we got it....why in the world was it not included or at least sold to me then....to make matters worse then a "technician" required me to replace 2 hose bibs that were completely fine, they only had some green brass look to them. another $250 and Customer Svc played stupid....terrible service...they owe me the $250 and i would not recommend them for anything....dishonest and not a stand up company any longer....second negative review and not one customer service person reached out...nobody gives 2 cents about customer satisfaction..

Dryer is in the Clouds, TOO HIGH for the Majority

I assumed Stacking would work, However the Dryer is too high for most people. I am 6'2, the Dryer is in the clouds. Majority will require a Step stool, therefore I canceled the Stacking and went back to old school side by side.
