Love this so much it is one of my favorite products ever!

This is a total nightmare. This company that does installations is terrible - sold me tons of stuff I didn’t actually need because of “codes” that don’t exist. Overcharged me for a permit that the city said wasn’t even required when I called about being charged 50% more than the cost of the permit. They had to come back 3 times to finish the job - definitely use your own plumber for installation. My “free” installation cost over $400

He did demo the functions of the washer/dryer after installation.

I thought best buy giving their reputation would use someone that was professional. The people they sent were unprofessional and unprepared. I had washer/dryer combo installed. They were dragging the machine across my floor. Didn't have the right equipment, had to borrow my ladder for the install. On top of that, washer machine hose was installed incorrectly, end up flooding my entire floor and causing massive damages to my neighbor downstairs.

AYS Installation company. The third party install company used by Best Buy is unprofessional, lacking in knowledge to complete a install service. The main office is worst to offer any type of customer service to assist in getting my situation resolve.. I would never want again do business with AYS Stall.

Very professional, qualified, and friendly service

same person came out 3 times and could not fix the issue. Best Buy said they would send a technician out specifically from LG to fix the issue and then sent the same guy out as the 3 previous times and he was just the delivery guy! I had to call someone local in town and he addressed and fixed the issue in about 10 minutes!

Poor quality with the installation. We are not able to open the detergent compartment and reason given there was no other option to install the machines. Now after complaining Best Buy is sending someone to inspect the horrible installations done at the home.

I was very unhappy with the installation service. I had to reques the building maintenance guys to come to assist them on the day of the service and eventually had to get someone else to come and reconnect the dry vent hose. They also managed to damage my newly painted walls in several places.

WD was installed but there is a persistant odor of gas. not a safe install

Customer service signed me up for gas setup. Had electric. They told me day of they couldn't hook up. Had to reschedule.

My appointment for the installation was cancelled twice already, every time I call to find out why it was canceled they can never provide me with an answer. Im very disappointed.

Laundry unit was delivered Oct 1st. Still not installed! Have to wait 'till Oct 20th

They did a great job communicating what they were doing, were timely and efficient, and very effective! Highly appreciated their service and this offering.

Very professional when they can and installed the immunity

Second time I'm doing this, with hopes that they would have improved a bit. 4th time rescheduling and I've been on the calls in between best buy and the service company. All they say is that I have to call the other party - I'm in a limbo with a huge laundry set in the middle of my living room. Avoid
