This stacking kit was a required accessory to connect the dryer on top of the washer. It creates a 1 inch space between the washer and dryer. I have had no issues during these first few weeks of ownership.

However, there is still some shaking of the top dryer when the clothes are spinning, but that is due to the design of the stacking kit. It provides a snug fit, but not too tight, and thus there will be some noticeable shaking. The kit achieves it purpose though.

Couldn’t have both washer and dryer without stack. Only bad thing is that you can’t just replace one or the other because of course they constantly change the sizes!

A little overpriced since it's basically just two metal pieces, but it worked perfectly when installed.

We now have more floor space in our basement. The washer and dryer work fantastic. Very little noise during the high spin cycle.
