I also wish that there was more cushioning to prevent the rattle that took me three weeks to finally quiet. It holds the units together, but it took A LOT of tweaking to do so.

A bit shaky after awhile

Metal was a little flimsy and design made it difficult to adjust the feet on the dryer due to the space between kit and bottom of dryer.

Not a part that gets worn out.....

They are the same dimensions. I’m glad I had the new one on hand though, because the delivery men would not use the old. I would have a new one on hand just in case. They would’ve walked out without booking them up.

Bought everything new and had it installed. These are held on to the washer with sticky tape and the washer and dryer make so much noise wobble. You have to buy this in order to stack the units, but it does not work well.

Caused terrible squeeking when ever washer went into spin mode. Technician came out and had to rebuild/reinforce the stacking kit. lg's we purchased 11 years ago.

Dryer doesn’t dry, the lint holder is warped so clothes get hung up on it, the settings are confusing. I am so bummed because my previous LG was a work horse for 12 years.
