The bestbuy guys could not stack because of cords. They did not offer to take back this kit.

Did not fit unit I purchased.

I was purchasing a 24” stackable unit. Best Buy Member knew what I was purchasing but sold us a kit for the wrong unit. Caused a delay in purchase which I eventually canceled since this was the third mistake by Best Buy Members for this purchase. Could not continue to tolerate incompetence and lack of concern on part of management with our washer/dryer purchase. Would not consider purchasing a washer/dryer from Best Buy ever again.

My home installation was derailed because I didn't have this. What was going to be a couple weeks has turned into months because I didn't have this. This product shouldn't exist. It should be offered with the washer / dryer.
