    I was going to stack but the cords from the dryer would not reach when stacked on top. it is also very high when stacked. The bestbuy guys could not stack because of cords. They did not offer to take back this kit.

    This Best Buy purchase was the Worst Buy. The item was missing the screws! Now it says it is not returnable! Caveat Emptor. No, I can't stack the dryer mommy! Best Buy failed me.

    Where did my 100.00 gift card go?I had gotten 50.00 per washer and dryer, so I’m wondering why I can’t find it

    Very poor CS in handling this purchase. I was purchasing a 24” stackable unit. Best Buy Member knew what I was purchasing but sold us a kit for the wrong unit. Caused a delay in purchase which I eventually canceled since this was the third mistake by Best Buy Members for this purchase. Could not continue to tolerate incompetence and lack of concern on part of management with our washer/dryer purchase. Would not consider purchasing a washer/dryer from Best Buy ever again.

    Delivered without stacking kit. Dryer sat in living room for another week. Delivered stacking kit but didn’t install. Would have waited another week for that. Had to install ourselves. now having issue with refrigerator delivery. Don’t buy from Best Lies.

    Looks good, but doesn’t help with noise

    It looks good and does keep the dryer in place, but there is a gap. I can see and hear movement and sound when the washer and dryer are on.

    It should be sold with the washer dryer - at the very LEAST it should be offered for sale with the washer / dryer. My home installation was derailed because I didn't have this. What was going to be a couple weeks has turned into months because I didn't have this. This product shouldn't exist. It should be offered with the washer / dryer.

    I was sold this item and it was the wrong fit which we didn't figure out until after we put holes in the washer!

    Never came back to connect. Horrible customer service from Best Buy. Do not take yourself thru this horrific process. Had to return all a myself after over 1 1/2 months of waiting to connect. Still nothing not even an apology.

    Love the product but the service sucked badly. Best buy kept cancelling my install 3 time's. No help from store to make it right. I did better going to Lowes
