    1st install visit great except dryer had to go back. 2nd install had rude installers, no patience, banged three walls and took paint off. Left unit unusable and did not attach new vent. 3rd install visit was wonderful with great installers that fixed all the problems. Washer is white and both dryers delivered were Blue/white. Be aware of this.

    Holds the dryer in place, no issues so far. It causes some small vibrations but only when the washer starts to spin. For the rest of the spinning you can't hear a thing!

    The legs of the dryer must be extended all the way down, and touch the washing machine to prevent the units from shaking. The first set of installers didn’t do that and the stack would shake and make a loud noise. The second installation crew used the stacking kit correctly and shaking was minimized. I gave it three stars because the stacking kit can be more robust and designed better to prevent incorrect installs.
