The installers didn't want to stack the dryer since I already bought the matching washer a year earlier and not at the same time. After telling them the salesperson promised installation of the stacker was included they finally did it.

Kind of flimsy
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I suppose this bracket is adequate but it doesn't seem to have much margin for safety. The front bracket wouldn't close. You might have to adjust/twist the feet to get enough room to close. Just seems a little weak for the amount of weight it has to support, but no problem so far. You really don't have any other option unless you can fabricate steel.

Service ruined this purchase
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Stacking unit works -- this product is foolproof However BB's delivery and service is AWFUL Guy did not want to install the stacking unit- which it was indicted he was to do- he managed to ruin our brand new washer and dryer So due to the service And the treatment by customer service and the store manager I give it one star

You need this if you plan to use it as a stackable

I did not and it forced the installers to have to come back a 3rd time to install.
