I highly recommend buying this particular kit if you're going to stack your washer/dryer. It was super easy to install and makes them very sturdy.

Item was easy to install. Made the installation more secure for the dryer to be attached on top because of a little damage that was on the washer when we unpacked it.

This stacking kit works great. It was easy to attach and only took a few minutes to finish.

We have a 24" front loading washer and dryer that we bought at Home Depot in 2014. It was a floor model so it didn't come with the stacking kit or feet for the dryer. We decided to stack it in 2019 and bought this kit. Some of the screws worked on the left side and the other type worked on the right side but one of the holes on the dryer I had to drill bigger so I think people who are complaining about the screws not fitting might just have a improperly drilled holes. It works fine, even without feet on the dryer. Also, the kit makes the gap between units 1-1/8 inches, not 3/4" like in the questions. Beware of screws under the dryer and various small sections that lower than the rest of the undercarriage of the dryer (I assume to fit parts inside. The instructions didn't help much and this part was cheaper elsewhere but Best Buy had it ready for pick up within an hour, huzzah. Beware that stacking your units changes how much you hear the noises they make. In our laundry closet it is much louder now, but that isn't this parts fault.

After reading the instructions the kit was easy to use. Only issue I had is that the holes in the dryer on the left side refused to take in the screws. Not sure if it is because of the paint job or rust from non-use. Regardless the stacking effect works and provided more space for us. Thanks Best Buy!

Easy to install and very secure. Takes two people to adjust dryer once stacked so that you can secure it.

The stacking unit has plastic sliders that mount on the bottom of your dryer, on each side, between the front and rear feet. The sliders snap into holes that are already present on the bottom of the dryer and come with screws to insure they stay put. The kit fits multiple washer and dryer combinations so there are extra brackets and screws depending upon the models you're stacking. The sliders made stacking easy as we simply got the dryer lifted onto the washer then slid it back and into place. Once we had it on top of the washer, we matched the proper set of brackets and secured it in place with the screws that came with the kit. It was a very simple and clean installation.

Best Buy was one of few stores having this kit in stock. It was exactly was I was looking for. Working perfectly, there is no movement or rattling of the washer/dryer and was easy to install.

Worked as expected. Washer and dryer are stable. No rocking, or shaking. Minimal movement when in operation. Very happy with this product.

Shockingly easy to set up! The instructions were kind of confusing, but once we started the job, it was all pretty self-explanatory.
