    Only connects in back

    The stacking kit for my Samsung Washer and Dryer connects only in the back, so it causes the dryer to sit further back than the washer. It just makes it not even on top of each other.

    Is this supposed to stack offset? This makes the washer stick out past the closet door hinge... The box was half tape.. not sure if everything was there or went together correctly

    Mounts to dryer bottom :(

    It sucks that it mounts to the bottom of the dryer. You have to be careful that you do not break it when lifting the dryer on top of the washer. But it works.

    I expected that this kit had the cable to allowed us to operate the dryer with the washer controls.

    Replacement for original

    Was the replacement for another set they stop selling. Instruction didn't show how to install very good. Not really for older models but can be made to work

      Hi Wildcard2010ad! Samsung does recommend only using the stacking kit that is compatible with your models. We have different stacking kits for different models based on the size and other factors. ^Jecca Samsung

    Not made to the best as far as ease I probably will call to have it installed no pre drilled holes to install brackets.

    Poor quality plastic and hardware. If it didn't fit perfectly wouldn't use it. Instructions are unclear. Do not tighten the screws beyond just attaching and make sure to hold the brace in place while you so.

    This SHOULD COME with the product - having to buy it is like a tax on the product not expected but can't use it as "advertised" without the extra. The product is FINE - but don't play games with people's hard earned money

    Everything in the internet told me that this was the right stacking kit that I needed for the appliances I was buying. To be extra sure, I asked in the Q&A section using specific serial numbers and someone names Wally answered saying yes, this part works. Layer on, someone from Samsung said that the right bracket is the model SK-HD. I searched for it and found nothing. When the delivery came, the installers told me that it was the wrong stacking kit. They were very rude and made me feel stupid. Eventually I went to the store and they were much nicer there and helped me find the right one which was SK-DH

    This is the absolute cheapest piece of trash uve ever dealt with regarding washer and dryers. Theres nothing but tiny screws that hold it in place. Which by the way, strip with the slightest force behind them. And trust me, as a career mechanic, i was not over tightening them

    Came to home at 6:30am without making communication with customer, never left message on VM @ 6am call to customer never brought product into home to use/replace current stackig kit that was not balanced. Upon Tech's decision maintenanced leg on washer and stated that it was all that was needed, ran washer with no clothes (no weight) and stated spin cycle was fixed. When tech left home ran a load of laundry (weight) and spin cycle was still and noise was continual but much louder.

    This kit doesnt work for my home setup as it places the dryer too far behind the washer and we just dont like the view of it. Also separation in height between washes and dryer is about 2"-3" so no good for us...

    3rd party company damaged doors/walls during install. It took multiple trips, and last min reschedules (for which I left, or missed work) to finally complete delivery. Months later, I have yet to hear back from their claims department. Terrible svc, no follow-up and it’s almost impossible to get through to anyone who can help. I’ll never shop w/them again, this has been a complete nightmare.
