    Leaves a big unsightly gap on the fro of the machine. Wish there was a shim that covered the gap.

    wrong brackets included

    very disappointed in this kit. This kit was the option given on the website for the washer/dryer set i purchased. It came with two sets of brackets to choose from depending on your model. Neither set of brackets fit. Fortunately, i was able to make one set work by drilling new holes in the brackets. System works well now that the problem was fixed.

    The service at best buy , I can truly say I have never in 70 years I have never and will never buy anything again from this company, service awful and they really don’t care at all, from corporate to store employees

    I was astonished at the price for what these brackets are. They are 2 little brasses and a couple screws and they charge 50.00 way over priced should be included in price not additional fee for total tech members would be a good idea

    Never came back to connect. Horrible customer service from Best Buy. Do not take yourself thru this horrific process. Had to return all a myself after over 1 1/2 months of waiting to connect. Still nothing not even an apology.

    I brought the kit for my washer and dryer stackable kit but it was missing all the screws. It has a small rip opening. The Sale rep did not even check to see if everything was in the box. He just hand it to me.

    I sold a kit for stacking a regular size washer dryer but the washer dryer I purchased at the same time was smaller. I had to return it and Best Buy did not have a replacement.
