    Bad Delivery

    My one-star isn't for the product. It is for the service. The night before my washer and dryer were delivered, I received a phone call telling me the stacking kit wouldn't be with the delivery. I needed the kit because I live in an apartment. The kit didn't come until a month later.

    Missing Parts and Mislabeled Ad

    The item was listed as "open box, Includes all original parts/accessories", but I get it home, and all that I have are the brackets and side guide rails. The screws to hold everything together, that make the thing usable, were not included. Extremely disappointed. Now I have to buy another complete set new anyways, and not my time and money has been wasted.

    Missing part

    Missing screws and we couldn’t use it and they didn’t return because it was more than 15 days. We couldn’t schedule the install any earlier and when at the install date we found out that it was missing part, it was too late to return. We lost our installation appointment and money because of that.
