DO NOT RECOMMEND! HORRIBLE NO-SERVICE!!!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! So disappointed! On 9/9/23 I ordered haul away and recycle service for 9/16/23. I call the morning of 9/16 since I had received no contact and am told my service was not scheduled, although we paid for it and selected 9/16 as the service date and received a confirmation email from Best Buy! The representative was not helpful, I could not get directly to the service to find out what happened to my order, just a terrible experience. Don't take payment in full if you aren't going to deliver. The whole thing totally sucked. I gave up and cancelled after all this inconvenience. Do better, Best Buy.

Extremely Terrible Experience
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Never showed at scheduled time, Rescheduled. Contractor states he wasted a half hour trying to get up my street, only expecting one item. I had 4. Complains for 10 minutes about how he is going to get compensated time. None of this is my problem. Very unprofessional.
