I purchased a radio for my son. The speaker installation met our expectations.

Had speakers installed and they work installation was done in a timely manner.

If you want to get your speakers installed just do it somewhere else. First of all, they make you pay an extra $40-$50 on top of the $65 to buy all the parts needed to install the speakers to make them compatible with your car. It took them 3 tries in 4 weeks to get it done correctly because they kept ordering the wrong parts. It wasn’t even Geek Squad’s fault or anyone that worked at the store but Best Buy as a whole is to blame. The Geek Squad guy said he ordered the correct parts and Best Buy just mistakenly sent the wrong ones. Each time I set an appointment the earliest he could do it was a week out. In the end he did a good job and did the best he could to get me some discounts on the parts. The only reason they get 2 stars instead of 1 is because the speakers work fine and sound good.

I gave installation 3 stars because the installer left my car dirty. I took my car clean interior. Came 2 pick it up. Speaker and wire shavings all in the car.
