I was originally billed for the install, but never received a call to complete installation. I'm not sure why I was billed up front for service when not complete. Installed myself after not receiving call to complete.

I had two separate installations done at the Best Buy Grand Junction store, and I am thoroughly disappointed in the work and in the customer service I’ve received from Best Buy do yourself a favor and find another shop to do the work. I’ve spent nearly 3 hours on the phone trying to reach somebody to answer my questions and Best Buy is great at one thing and that is deflecting deflecting deflecting they will never give you somebody to talk to. I was steered to file a claim with Sedgwick and they responded by telling me to contact the store supervisor or manager everyone that I’ve talked to him has agreed that this is a horrible experience and then I should get some response but nobody and I mean nobody can get me a direct supervisor or a corporate customer service rep that can answer my questions. Take your business elsewhere.

I have had a mechanic disconnect the radio because it kept draining my car battery for some reason, even if I cut it off when I cut the car off. This is an issue that needs to be resolved

The tech installed my amp. As I was leaving they were locking up. When I got in my car, turned the stero on my right front speaker was not working and the left one was crackling. I did not say go back and say anything because they were locking up. I worked with the levels and equalizers untill I thought they were ok. Over the last few weeks the problems have gotten worse. Also my door panels are not as they were when I first got the car. The car is just a couple of months old. I called Friday 8-2 and told the tech about my problems. He told me to bring it back in this afternoon. Hopefully this will resolve the problems.

They worked fast but failed to put the requested dampening materials in the door when they installed my speakers. There is also a significant buzz coming from something vibrating inside the door, as if something was not properly replaced when all was said and done.

Decent installation no complaints would do them again
